These terms govern use of this site and any purchase made through it. The seller is PT Renée Rawat Nusantara, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. Placing an order means accepting them.

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order from this site.

The payment layer on this site is currently running in sandbox mode. No payment is taken, no bank is contacted, and no goods are dispatched against an order placed here.

The sections below describe how the shop operates once a live payment provider is connected.

Adding an item to the cart does not create an order and does not reserve stock. An order exists once payment has settled and a confirmation carrying a reference beginning RNE has been issued.

An order may be declined, for example where an item is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent. Where an order is declined after payment, the amount is refunded.

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah and include applicable tax. Shipping is charged at a flat rate and is free above the threshold shown at checkout.

Prices and totals are recalculated on our server at checkout from the current catalogue, so the amount charged reflects the current price regardless of what a browser had cached.

Where a price is displayed with an obvious error, we are not obliged to sell at that price and may cancel and refund instead.

Orders are shipped within Indonesia. A preferred delivery date can be requested at checkout; it is a request rather than a guarantee, and actual timing depends on the courier.

Risk passes on delivery. If a parcel is recorded as delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will open a claim with the courier.

Unopened items may be returned within the period required by applicable consumer law. Items that arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete should be reported to us promptly, with the order reference.

Refunds are issued to the account the payment was made from. Return shipping is covered by us where the error was ours.

The items sold here are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing sold on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here is a substitute for professional medical advice.

Read the ingredient list on the packaging before use, and patch test before first use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using prescription treatments, consult a healthcare professional first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Colour and texture may vary slightly between batches where natural inputs are used.

Products are shown as generated illustrations rather than photographs. They indicate the container and general character of a product, they are not a photographic likeness, and screen colours will differ from the physical product.

• Do not interfere with the site, its ordering system or its payment flow.
• Do not scrape the catalogue for a competing storefront or marketplace listing.
• Do not resell products without a written wholesale agreement.

The Renée Beauty Care name, the product names, the copy, the generated artwork and the design of this site belong to PT Renée Rawat Nusantara. You may quote and link to the site. You may not reproduce it as your own or use it to sell other goods.

Liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit such a limit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights available under Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes fall to the courts of Jakarta Selatan.
